About REWIND

the name REWIND refers to the act of returning the yo-yo to your hand. Throwing the yo-yo is just the beginning of a trick; it's not complete until you rewind it. The name is also rooted in our belief that the good we do for others comes back to us ten-fold, regardless of how it might affect our bottom line. We are more concerned with spreading our love for yo-yos than personal gain.

Pretty much everybody has played with a yo-yo or at least knows what they are, but few people know what they are capable of. Many people haven't touched one in a long time. We want them to REWIND, pick up a yo-yo and play again, to experience the joy it can bring. Beyond being a toy, yo-yo is a sport with its own competitions, champions and celebrities. It is used to create passionate performances that amaze and move people. No longer just a toy, it's a hobby that can be enjoyed at any stage in life.

Yo-yo is even a tool for communication. It serves as an icebreaker to overcome social barriers, and helps bring people out of their shell. Just practicing in public, many players have experienced complete strangers calling out to them, or even coming up to strike up a conversation. It's still commonly thought of as just a toy, but we believe it's a skill with endless possibilities. Whether you just want to play, or if you want to perform for others, or if you want to compete with the best, we carry everything you need. Newcomers, veterans, and world champions alike, our services are geared to make your yo-yo buying experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

	Jun Aramaki (AL) - REWIND Store Manager A strong force within the yo-yo community since the 1997 Hyper Yo-Yo Boom, Jun has made friends all over the world through the power of Yo-Yo. A member of Team YoYoJam since 2002, he won 2nd place at the 2003 World Championship 3A division. He runs the Ueno Yo-Yo Club. He loves music and going for walks. Favorite Yo-Yos: Night Moves 5, Wheels, Coca-Cola Yo-Yo
	Shinya Kido REWIND's youngest team member, Shinya is unabashed, and puts his everything into his performances. Loves to eat, loves to sleep. He is a member of team yoyorecreation, which is owned by his older brother Kengo. He has his own popular signature model, the Sleipnir. He won 1st place in 1A at the New York International Open 2008 and 2009, and got his first world championship in 2009. Nowadays he runs yoyonews.jp, the premier Japanese yo-yo news site. Favorite Yo-Yos: Leviathan2, Sleipnir
	Kazuki Okada (Osuka) He is 2009, 2010 Japan National Runner-up for 1A. He is one of best 1A player in Japan. Also he is the older brother of Naoto Okada (2009, 2011 World Champion for 4A). He is working hard as JYYF Co-Head Judge, too. Favorite Yo-Yos: Eternity, XrossRoad, God-Tricks Raider,
	Hironori Mii (Hiro) - CEO REWIND's commander-in-chief. Hiro earned his business degree at CSU Chico so he could be close to the heart of America's yo-yo community. He personally handles international communication and orders. Year 2000 X Division World Champion, Japan National Yo-Yo Master, and former member of Duncan Crew US. Favorite Yo-Yos: Kainer, Cocytos, ILYYs
	Masahiro (Masa) - Co-CEO REWIND's real boss behind. He handles all legal issues, accounting, and fincancing parts.Yo-Yo member can be playful as much as we do is because of him. He is a former classmate of Hiro from their high school time. Hobby: Road Bike
	David - Designer and Translator He translates all Japanese description we write into English. Also he is the one designed our awesome logo and web page layouts. Hobby: Climbing, hiking, Scuba, Slackline
