YoYoJam - Pinnacle (2011 WYYC)

With the same body shape as YYJ's Prelude, the Pinnacle is an entry-level counterweight yo-yo.

This model comes packaged with a counterweight, intended as an entry-level model for newcomers to the world of 5A play. The body has the same shape as the Prelude, but the material is different, instead made from the same type of plastic as the KickSide and Speedmaker.

Since counterweight play is different from 1A styles, the way you catch the yo-yo may lead to your hand hurting after a while. The Pinnacle's soft body is designed to soften the blow (literally), making it easier on your hands over extended practice sessions. If you remove the counterweight, of course the Pinnacle makes a fine high-quality 1A yo-yo.

This model is a special 2011 World Yo-Yo Contest version, with the contest logo printed on one side. The other side has the normal Pinnacle logo.
