The Hayabusa, designed by Duncan Crew Japan, comes in for a soft landing with this lighter-than-normal version.
The Hayabusa was made through the trial and error of Duncan Crew Japan's efforts to make the best off string yo-yo possible. This version was made with a softer rim than the standard version, making this a rather lightweight off string yo-yo. This causes the SL to lag behind in terms of spinning power, but as it's uncommon for an off string model to be so light, if you are looking for a lighter yo-yo to try, this is it. The internal workings and caps are the same as other models in the Harcore lineup, so you can switch out parts as you please. It's a bit small for an off string yo-yo, making it more appropriate for intricate, complicated tricks more difficult with larger models. You can adjust the gap and the yo-yo's responsiveness by regulating the spacers and response pads you use, letting you adjust to your favorite setting.
