YoYoFactory - G5 2010
The G5 gets a few tweaks for its 2010 release, and you thought it couldn't get any better!
The G5 is the base for a LOT of yo-yos, and has shown the true potential of full metal yo-yos, bringing an end to the reign of plastic models. Not just the H-profile, but the way the weight was distributed out on the rims vastly improved spinning power. The G5 showed everyone why full metal yo-yos could be vastly superior to the plastic ones available, and weren't just luxury items to be ogled at. Even three years after its release, no other model even comes close to its popularity. It was the first YoYoFactory release with hubstacks, a gimmick that has earned a lot of fans and paved the way for a slew of new tricks. This 2010 model is the best performing G5 yet, and has a blast finish for a smooth texture for better grinds and control. Comes equipped with YYF Z-stacks.
If you aren't a fan of the Z-stacks, you can trade them out for regular hubstacks using the G5 Kit.
