Description
Hyper Yo-Yo - Stealth Raider
This is a Japan-only version of YOMEGA Saber raider
the Hyper Yo-Yo Stealth Raideris the predecessor to The Saber Raider , made popular back during the 1997 Hyper Yo-Yo Boom. In the world of nylon bearings, this yo-yo showed the world the true power of ball bearings, and ushered in a new era of yo-yo development. It's not very well-suited for looping tricks, but is rather targeted for string play, making a great model for building a 1A foundation. The Stealth Raider uses a starburst response system, not often seen these days. For maintenance, application of a little thick oil will keep your yo-yo responsive (see right panel). As the new developments have pushed the surrounding yo-yos beyond the Stealth Raider's abilities, but considering it's still around, there's still a demand for this yo-yo from both new and old players.
