Description

C3yoyodesign - Krown (Finger Spin)
A long-awaited renewal is finally here! this is the new signature model of 2009 1A world champion, Shinya Kido.

First released in 2013, Krown was C3's first signature yo-yo for 2009 champion, Shinya Kido. Still active and serving the community, and has brought the cost of his signature model down along with tweaking the design to greatly improve its power and stability, make fingerspin tricks easier than before, and incorporated feedback from other players to make the Krown the best it could be!

First to go was a little weight off the belly, the new Krown is in the 64 gram range. C3 achieved a fine balance of stability and lightness. You can casually throw one or settle in for some serious speedy play, whichever you prefer.

The shape of the side face is designed to direct your finger to the center of the yo-yo without requiring you to be dead accurate; the wide sideways catch zone will make top-on a breeze!

If you are just looking to try full metal, or get into bind response, or just looking to step up your string trick game, step up to the Krown and let it lead you onto the contest stage. It's already a champion's yo-yo, what are you waiting for?

A great throw!

First and foremost, let's appreciate the beautiful, precisely crafted yoyo. Out of the box, it's blew my mind.

It's a v-shape yoyo, with smooth curve at the rim. Making it comfortable in the hand, even while catching it.

Spins pretty long, despite it's light (64.1g) it can spin quite long. The bearing it came with is awesome. Smooth.

The first throw made me go "whoaaa..." It's nice. It felt so easy and light to throw it. But, the lightness may be some gripe to others. It's light that it plays fast, but not out of control. But then again, 3/5 stability. Not saying it's not stable thus it's not a good yoyo. It's great, but may affect certain playstyle.

It's fingerspin capable. Not a cheat code for fingerspin, but once you position it neatly in the middle, it spun for 40s or so.

I'm not that good with horizontal, still learning. But, it do maintain it's plane really good. Advantage on being pretty light and pretty stable, horizontal plays can be great with this throw.

Grinds great. The finish just awesome. So those that love grinds, this one's great! Response also great, really nice to regen.

All in all, it's a great yoyo. Just it's a bit too light for me. If only its 65g, might be even stable. That's it, thanks!
