The "Sandglass" is reborn in full plastic, now in clear colors.
This Gem series version of the PSG is a clear color edition. For the standard, opaque version, check the related items panel.
PSG stands for "Plastic Sandglass," and was originally a plastic edition of a full metal yo-yo made by Adegle, taking the Sandglass's inverse round shape . The wide shape and round body gave the PSG a long sleep and required bind response, unusual for plastic yo-yos at the time.
The yo-yo's most notable feature is its round body, which minimizes the tring friction during play that causes sleep loss. It not only looks good, the design makes a lot of sense. Where lesser plastic yo-yos may lose their spin after one trick, you can link two or three tricks together, forming new trick combos with the PSG.
It's difficult to see in the images, but this Gem series PSG has a sidecap that shows the Adegleyoyos! logo.
