TERMS OF USE

Your use of this web site is governed by these terms and conditions. Please take a few minutes to review these terms and conditions. Your use of www.YoYoStoreREWIND.com (REWIND) constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use REWIND.

 

STORE HOLIDAYS

All Sunday and some Saturday are store holidays. Also mid August like 13-18th and New Year (12/30-1/5) may be our holidays (exact date are different by years). We may need to take some irregular holidays, which we will announce as necessary. On those days, we cannot reply to e-mails or ship orders.

 

REWIND reserves the right to handle each order on a case-by-case basis.

 

OUT OF STOCK

Occasionally we may run out of stock. The system will automatically update to reflect this, but in case your order slips through, we will notify you via email, and then request your preference on whether to:

     * Wait for the out-of-stock item to become available, and then send the entire order later.
     * Send item(s) we have now, and send the out-of-stock item(s) later
        (you will be responsible for paying the extra shipping cost)
     * Cancel out-of-stock item and ship rest of order.
     * Cancel whole order.

 

EXCHANGE RATE

All prices listed on REWIND Worldwide are based on US Dollars (USD). Our system automatically calculates prices based on the latest exchange rates. You can change the prices displayed by selecting your currency from the menu on the right menu. Exchange rates for charges on your credit card or PayPal may differ from the price on other currency you see when you order.

 

SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped with International ePacket or EMS. Some things beyond our control may cause your shipment to be delayed, such as weather or customs delays. We always ship your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and store holidays). Your shipping cost can be checked at the cart page. You will be responsible for all taxes, duties, and any other fees that may be levied by your country. Please note that we pack your order with the utmost care, but we cannot be responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.

 

All of the shipping options include a delivery confirmation (tracking number).

CREDIT CARD POLICY

We may not be able to accept orders by credit card from certain countries, so in that case we will ask you to use PayPal. (After you have shopped several times through PayPal, we may be able to accept your credit card.)

 

Unfortunately, due to licensing and/or safety restrictions, we may not be allowed to ship to your country. If this applies to your order, we will notify you via email and issue a prompt refund.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY & RETURN POLICY

If an order is cancelled after the order has been shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred (not our discounted fixed rates listed, but the ACTUAL shipping costs we pay to the carrier) and is also responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Purchases may be returned within 7 days after you've received it. However, please understand that we cannot accept returns if OUR packaging has been opened, as it is the only way to ensure that the yo-yo packages themselves remain unopened. Do not open the shipping package if you intend to return your order!

 

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase.

PRODUCT COLORS

We at REWIND have done our best to accurately display the colors of the products on our web site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of these colors will be accurate.

 

PRODUCT’S PACKAGE CONDITION

We will do our best to ensure your ordered product’s package is the best condition possible. However, damage can occur between shipping of the product from the manufacturer to us, to you, so we cannot be responsible for any damage to the package, including small scratches and dents to the box. None of this should affect the usability of the goods you order.

This site and all contents of this site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge, by your use of this site, that your use of this site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of our site, and that REWIND shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this site.

Yo-Yo Company Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of REWIND following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use REWIND.

 

ANY FALSE INFORMATION ENTERED IN THE PAYMENT SECTIONS OF THE SITE HEREON CONSTITUTES AS FRAUD AND SUBJECTS THE PARTY ENTERING SAME TO FELONY PROSECUTION UNDER THE FEDERAL LAWS OF JAPAN. VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.
