Description
Werrd - Pacquiao
A featherweight full metal! Inspired by the pro boxer, we don't recommend it for violent purposes!
At first glance, it looks like a normal full metal yo-yo, but on first throw, you realize that there's something very different about Pacquiao. Compared to other yo-yos it's amazingly light, so much so that you barely feel it! The name comes from world champion boxer Manny Pacquiao, voted the best in the world, pound-for-pound. Pacquiao's nickname is "Pacman," which served as inspiration for the yo-yo's design theme. The concept should be pretty clear by now! Their PV is styled with Pacman sound effects and music, but the tricks are almost like boxing moves, where the yo-yo actually gets punched into mounts, binds and green triangles! This kind of move could only be done with a lighter yo-yo, but kids, please don't try this at home. It's unclear whether this trick style was the inspiration for Pacquiao, we may never know. But 49g is unprecedented for a full metal yo-yo of this size; it really does float like a butterfly in your hands. Pacquiao is still suitable for all regular tricks as well, and its lightness gives a new sensation to your practice. Think of it as a polar opposite of yoyorecreation's DreadnoughtG.
The stand-out feature of its lightness is surely that it doesn't tire you out or hurt as much if it hits your hands; its cute logo and lightness makes us think it's a good recommendation for the ladies out there looking for a good full metal yo-yo. But be assured, Pacquiao is no pushover!
