This is a POM version of the Agonist.

This is yoyomonster's first POM-machined model. Derived from the Checkmate, it exists as a counterpart to the Agonist. The entire body has the distinctive smooth texture of POM. Furthermore, it was machined with signature player Hideo Ishida's counterweight playing style in mind, so the perfect weight and balance for 5A was sought during design and production. For players looking to break into 5A, look no further than the Antagonist.

The signature player even supervised the creation of his own custom response pads for the Antagonist, showing an incredible attention to detail. Compared to full metal yo-yos, the Antagonist is reasonably priced but doesn't skimp on the important stuff.
