Description
Chico Yo-Yo Company - delToro
From the center of the Yo-Yo universe, Chico's very own Chico Yo-Yo Company has released the bulls.
American Yo-Yo Master Thad Winzenz started the Chico Yo-Yo Company in 2009. Thad helps run and teach yo-yo to kids at the Chico Yo-Yo Club, judges national and international competitions, and is the director of the National Yo-Yo League (NYYL), and he has put all of his knowledge and expertise into the yo-yos he makes. The delToro is similar to the mid-sized bulldog in terms of size and stability.
The outer rim has been slightly round, and the inside shape is a step-round profile, giving the delToro incredible stability for its size. It feels light in the hand, but plays like a much heavier yo-yo. Its stability can be increased even further by switching out the bearing for Konkave. Such a combo gives a surplus of spin even after long combo tricks. Considering the body helps preserve its spinning power even when touched, it's a good match for doing complicated tricks like chopsticks, making it a strong option for contest use. It uses silicone response pads (YYF broad slim size). The sides are flat, with no protrusions. Comes in Purple/Black, Red/Black and Purple/Red. The combination of these deep colors and the matte blast finish gives it a comfortable but serious atmosphere. CYYC may be relatively new, but it's easy to say that we can expect great things from them!
*During transport to our store, the packaging rubbed against the yo-yos, occasionally leaving some chafe marks on the outer rim. These marks should mostly come off with some wiping, but please be aware of this possibility before making your purchase.
