The Classic Markmont exudes the same charisma as the man himself; Mark Montgomery's new signature model is very fine indeed. While the waves of yo-yo design trends come and go, there are some design principles that are simply timeless, and the yo-yos that capture those principles rise to the level of "classic" models. The Markmont Classic wraps all the power and advanced design onedrop has to offer in a rounded, "classic" shape. The result is a monument to yo-yo history.
Compared to the diameter, the Classic is a little wide, giving it a larger feeling in the hand, but it still has a beautifully balanced feeling during play. It comes with brass side effects, but also included is a set of aluminum ones, giving you minute control over the weight distribution of your yo-yo. Despite this advancement, onedrop designed the new axle to imitate the look and feel of the original Markmont series' axles. Keeping it classy!
In addition to all this, onedrop created 100 collector's edition sets, which include a personally signed special edition booklet and button. The booklet features a "dream board" of all the yo-yos that helped inspire the yo-yo's development, along with commentary from Mark himself.
