Amongst the numerous yo-yo makers, 3yo3 is a rarity, machining their yo-yos out of acryllic from their base in America. Owner Landon Balk started making his handmade acryllic yo-yos in 2002, releasing them one after another. Although they're handmade, they're machined with the same balance as a CNC, thanks to Balk's education and experience in mechanical engineering. He's made completely transparent, blast-finished and colored models, all gorgeous in their own right, making them excellent for collectors as well. In addition to acryllic, 3yo3 has also broken into delrin and metal as well. 3yo3 has made yo-yos not just with performance in mind, but getting player to recognize the art of yo-yos.
