Beloved for over 10 years, the Imperial can be called the father of the modern yo-yo.
Even amongst the old maker's Classic series, the Imperial is especially classic. It has gone through only the most minor of changes over the years, since it was first released in 1954. The round shape, unchanged for decades, is what most readily comes to mind when most people think of the word "yo-yo."
As yo-yos go, the Imperial doesn't boast a whole lot of features, but its classic shape and abilities are a good challenge even for advanced players; just how much can you do with an Imperial? It has decent chops as a looping yo-yo, so it's also good for practicing your 2A tricks.
Some of the yo-yos have different colored logos, and also some come with trading cards and others don't, randomly it seems. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
