String Theory - Orion
The Orion constellation graces the side of this lovely full size, full metal yo-yo.
The Orion is a new competition-level yo-yo from String Theory. The Orion is also called the Remnant XL (RXL), as it was designed from the base of the Remnant 2, but with major changes in concept and performance, it's clearly a whole different beast. The biggest difference is obviously the size; the Orion has jumped from a rather small 50mm up to a 57mm diameter for bigger spin and big moves. In the step-straight body shape, String Theory has introduced a mild inverse round shape, which slightly improves the way the yo-yo fits into your hand.
Another lovely addition to the Orion is the use of a terapin-encapsulated bearing, designed to keep out dirt and grit. In case you wish to perform maintenance on this bearing, use a can of compressed air instead of maintenance oils.
Comes with a specially designed sticker.
At the moment, we don't carry String Theory's replacement response pads, but it is compatible with the Tez O-ring> and the Ir-Pad YYJ O-ring.
